Precision OD/ID turning, threading, and grooving on CNC lathes with live tooling. Bar feed automation for high-volume production runs.
Surface, cylindrical, and ID/OD grinding to achieve superior surface finishes and sub-tenths tolerances when standard machining isn't enough.
Full in-house coordinate measuring machine lab. First article inspections, in-process checks, and final inspection with complete documented reports.
